The Challenge

When RAAL La Louvière relaunched in 2017, the club had to build everything from scratch. With the youth academy set as the core of the project, RAAL invested early in infrastructure, staff and clear development pathways to create a professional environment fast.

The Result

As the academy grew, the club needed one system to align coaches, centralise player information and simplify communication with parents. PSD now brings all academy workflows together: training plans, evaluations, attendance, medical notes and communication are connected in one place, giving staff a full and consistent overview.

RAAL introduced the platform step by step, ensuring every coach used the same tools and processes. Today, PSD supports the club’s ambition to keep raising standards and grow into one of the best training centres in Belgium.
