The Challenge

When the Romanian Football Federation set out to streamline planning, player tracking and staff coordination across its national teams, it needed one unified system. From U15 to the first team (for both men and women) information was scattered across tools and people, making it hard to work in a consistent, aligned way.

The Result

PSD brings all player and staff information together in one place. Calendars, team selections, video clips and medical data are easy to access, giving every coach the same clear and up-to-date view.

The federation also integrated PSD with Football Connect, Romania’s national player and match database, keeping information accurate, up to date and easy to consult.

The result is clear: smoother planning, faster decision-making and more consistent player monitoring across every national team.
